Products & availability
Product descriptions, mineral profiles and imagery are indicative. Availability, case sizes and lead times are confirmed at the point of order.
Pricing
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and exclude applicable taxes and freight unless stated otherwise. Quotations remain valid for thirty days.
Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed on receipt of a purchase order and agreed advance. Bespoke orders require artwork sign-off before production begins.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk transfers on delivery to the agreed address; please inspect glassware on receipt and report breakage within 48 hours.
Returns
Unopened cases in original packaging may be returned within seven days of delivery. Bespoke and personalised orders are non-returnable.
Intellectual property
The BOQO name, crest, bottle design, photography and copy on this site are the property of BOQO Innovations Private Limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
